- Style: Unisex down vest for everyday wear, commuting and travel.
- Shell: 55% cotton / 45% nylon.
- Lining and inner down pouch: 100% polyester, with a double-layer pouch and reinforced quilting.
- Filling: 90% white duck down. Size S contains 90g (approximately 0.2 lb) of down fill.
- Feel: Non-stretch fabric with a substantial, warm feel.
- Details: Stand collar, custom metal zippers, raised silicone chest print and a logo design on the back.
- Pockets: Side-entry pockets and snap-fastened flap pockets, with a printed detail on the right pocket.
- Hem: Adjustable drawcord to help keep out drafts.
- Color: Gray-green.

Care instructions
- Do not wash above 30°C / Hand wash recommended / Do not soak in water for a long time.
- Please be sure to turn inside out to wash, with the pattern facing inward, and the washing time should not be too long.
- Please reshape before drying, pat gently after drying. Do not dry clean / Do not iron.
- Please note: When sweating or wet from the rain, friction may cause color transfer to other garments.
- A slight amount of shrinkage after washing cotton garments is normal. Do not tumble dry, do not expose to harsh sunlight (Refer to the inner wash label for details).

We strive to process and ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation quickly.

Shipping to Canada
For shipments to Canada, orders may be delayed at customs due to inspections. Additionally, they could be subject to duties and tariffs based on the type and value of the items. Canadian customs authorities may assess these fees according to the country of origin, product classification, and any trade agreements in place. As a result, Canadian customers may be required to pay additional charges before receiving the shipment. Please make sure these potential delays and/or costs are considered before placing the order from Canada.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at chenyifaerus@gmail.com. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
